IN-STORE PICK UP

Please note that in-store delivery has the same deadlines as our home delivery service. Home delivery in metropolitan areas is often faster due to the use of a carrier (with the exception of apartment deliveries).

Orders will be kept at your selected location for one month after which the order will be cancelled and refunded if not picked-up by the customer.

In-store pick up is free for orders over $30.
A $5 handling fee applies for orders of less than $30.
An email is sent only when the order is ready to be picked up in the store.

Personnel are not authorized to provide assistance in transporting heavy items to a vehicle.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the items fit in their vehicle.

SHIPPING TO CANADA

We offer free standard ground shipping on any purchase of $75 or more (before taxes). Certain exceptions apply, in particular for furniture and oversized products which are excluded from this promotion. Shipping fees will be reflected as such in the shopping cart. For larger items or those with a surcharge, we will be shipping to customers across Canada as long as we are able to break even. In some extreme cases, when shipping cost is simply too much for us to cover, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order (using the original method of payment and provide a proof of shipping rate if you wish) or we may ask you to cover a portion of the shipping cost, whichever you prefer.

For all other orders, a $7 flat rate shipping charge applies (except for orders in remote areas where a surcharge may apply). A confirmation email and/or tracking number will be provided once your order has left our facilities.

Additional delivery time and exception : Some products (selected furniture and special order items) may have an additional delivery time of 2 to 12 weeks. Refer to the longer processing time on the product page.

Missing packages
A missing or stolen package will not be replaced immediately. An investigation must be opened with the carrier concerned. The usual delay is 10 to 30 working days in order to receive the result of the investigation. To receive the items more quickly, it is possible to place a new order or make a purchase in store while waiting for the end of the investigation. Once the investigation is complete, we will be able to replace the order or offer a refund, if applicable.

FURNITURE DELIVERY

Furniture delivery may be available depending on items and regions. Rates will vary based on delivery location and may have to be charged post-purchase for remote or costly areas. Free delivery is not applicable on furniture unless otherwise stated. Clément does not offer furniture assembly service. Clément reserves the right to refuse delivery if shipper is not able to reach destination or if there are surcharges based on weight and dimensions. In the event we are not able to fulfill the order,m credit will be issued promptly.
