RETURN POLICY

Merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags attached and CLÉMENT proof of purchase (order number or invoice number). Exceptionally, due to COVID-19, items can be returned or exchanged up to 15 days after our stores reopen in new condition with tags. Special orders, clothing that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Products must be new in their original packaging, with price tags attached. Strollers or car seats that are returned must also be in unopened original packaging. CLÉMENT reserves the right to inspect the product prior to authorizing the refund.

Any product of gift card that was given free with purchase must be returned upon reimbursement or else the value of the product or gift card will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that CLÉMENT gift cards or personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded at any time.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Products bought at CLÉMENT (in-store or online) can be returned or exchanged at any of our locations.

RETURNS BY MAIL

No exchanges by mail : returns only.

To return an online purchase by mail, you must fill out all fields in the below link and follow the steps (for Canadian purchases only).
Initiate a return by Mail

A fee of $7 or more for the use of a prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount on the original method of payment. Fees can vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to properly and securely wrap the returned items (use the original shipping box or envelope, do not apply the return label directly on the merchandise). Non-compliance may result in additional charges.

Please note that for international orders (including those delivered to the United States), shipping charges for any returned item(s) or order(s) are at the customer's expense.

EXCHANGES

No exchanges in sizes or colors can be made online. In this event, the echange can be done in store provided the item desired is available at the desired location (use reservation system in doubt). Online, it is possible to return (with fee) and purchase the new desired size or color in a new order.

RETURN AT A POST OFFICE (CANADA POST)

No printer? No problem! Complete the form below:
Canada Post Return Form

Once completed, your email receipt contains a QR code that you can bring to a participating Canada Post Office location on your smartphone or tablet. We'll scan the code and print the label for you.

Prepare your shipment for return:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or order number inside your return packaging.
  • Ensure your parcel is securely packed, wrapped and reinforced.
  • Affix the return label to the largest side of your parcel.
  • Mail your item at a Post Office or drop it in a street letter box.
