NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Contest commences at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 1, 2023 and will end at 4:59:59 PM (ET) on January 31, 2024. The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority on the date of their entry into the Contest and who are the father, mother or legal guardian of a child or an entrant who has received permission from the father, mother or legal guardian of the child to designate this child. Child must be a legal Canadian resident who will not have reached the age of 13 on January 31, 2024 to be named a Grand Prize beneficiary. To participate, please complete an entry form. Prizes: A total of 101 prizes can be won. The Grand Prize consists of a $10,000 CDN RESP from one of the Sponsors awarded to the winner for the benefit of the designated beneficiary (child or children) and 100 other secondary prizes will consist of C$100 gift cards each. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received between February 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024. Draw Date: February 15, 2024. Selected entrants must accept the prize as awarded and, in the case of the Grand Prize, the selected Entrant must accept the terms and conditions of the applicable Plan or account as set out in the current Prospectus and/or Education Savings Plan Agreement in order to be declared the winner.
