Step 1 - Verify in-store availability
Find the product you want, click on 'Store Availability' and reserve the item in your preferred store.
Step 2 - Confirmation of product availability
Within 3 business hours, we will email or call to confirm the product availability.
Step 3 - Visit our store for pick-up
After receiving the confirmation, visit the store you have completed a reservation to pick-up the item within the following day. Payment will be collected on pick-up. If you no longer need or want the item reserved, no need to worry. Simply contact us to let us know you have changed your mind and we will release the item.
