EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently do not support the exchange of size online and exchanges must be done in store. To obtain a new size, a new order must be placed and item must be returned by mail with applicable fee.

RETURN POLICY

Returns in store are free, mail returns at a fee of Can$9.99 plus tax. A return surcharge may apply to items based on their size, weight, or the distance they must travel. These fees are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee.

Merchandise must be returned unworn with original tags or packaging and CLÉMENT proof of purchase (order number or invoice number). Special orders, clothing that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. Strollers or car seats that are returned must also be in their original packaging unopened. CLÉMENT reserves the right to inspect the product prior to authorizing the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable upon return.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of purchase, 10 days for sales items. Items 50% off or more are final sale unless specified otherwise.

Chouchou members can return on sale items within 15 days.

Any product, reward or coupon that was given free with purchase must be returned upon reimbursement or else the value of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount.

CLEARANCE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDERS

Items purchased at 50% off or more, special orders, display furniture, gift cards and personalized products such as labels are FINAL SALE unless specified otherwise.

HOLIDAY PURCHASES

Purchases made at CLÉMENT from November 21, 2023 will have an extended return policy until January 13, 2024. Returns will be accepted during the extended period, but price adjustments are limited to a period of only 15 days following the date purchase for regular priced items and 10 days for sale items when applicable.

A fee of $9.99 or more for the use of a prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount on the original method of payment. A return surcharge may apply to items based on their size, weight, or the distance they must travel. These fees are in addition to the Can$9.99 base fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is the customer’s responsibility to properly and securely wrap the returned items (use the original shipping box or envelope, do not apply the return label directly on the merchandise). Non-compliance may result in additional charges.

Please note that for international orders (including those delivered to the United States), shipping charges for any returned item(s) or order(s) are at the customer's expense.

Canada Post Return Form

Once completed, your email receipt contains a QR code that you can bring to a participating Canada Post Office location on your smartphone or tablet. We'll scan the code and print the label for you.

Prepare your shipment for return:

  • Include a copy of your order confirmation or order number inside your return packaging.
  • Ensure your parcel is securely packed, wrapped and reinforced.
  • Affix the return label to the largest side of your parcel.
  • Mail your item at a Post Office or drop it in a street letter box.
