RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

IN STORE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Products bought on clement.ca can be returned or exchanged through any Clement store. To be eligible for refund or return, the merchandise must be returned unworn, with tags intact and a proof of purchase (order number or invoice number).

Delays for returns and exchanges :

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns are accepted within 15 days from delivery date. 


RETURNS VIA MAIL SERVICE

Products bought on clement.ca can be returned by mail. To be eligible for a return the merchandise must be returned unworn, with tags intact and a proof of purchase (order number or invoice number).

Returns are accepted within 15 days from delivery date.

Please note that exchanges cannot be processed online. If you would like to exchange an item, you can either visit one of our retail stores or return the original item and place a new order separately.

Returns can be made by mail using the return form available below. A fee of $5 or more for the use of a prepaid return ticket will be deducted from refund, unless a product was defective or broken upon delivery. In that event, Clément will bear the return and exchange costs. Please note that a fee of $15 will be deducted if the parcel’s weight exceeds 7 kg, and $25 if it exceeds 15 kg.

In the event of a refund by mail a credit will be made on the original credit card or mean of payment within 7 to 10 business days due to banking delays beyond our control.

The refund will exclude initial shipping costs.

Upon reception of return shipment, Clément will refund or credit, in compliance with its exchange policy, the returned items, minus a fee for use of a prepaid return label. Clément does not refund initial shipping fees, except for a mistake on its part.

Please note that shipping charges for any returned item(s) or order(s) are the client's responsibility for orders delivered to the United States.

* If you are unable to print the shipping label, note the tracking number generated automatically. Then go directly to the nearest post office and they’ll print the form for you.
