Items purchased on the CLÉMENT Ltd. Website www.clement.ca
are new and guaranteed against any defect : a defective product will be
refunded or replaced at no charge by Clement, if returned in its
original packaging along with the delivery receipt. In order for the
replacement to take place, the required items are to be returned within
15 business days of reception.
Return policies for purchases made online are the same as the one for
in-store purchases. Thus, the goods can be exchanged in any store in the
province of Quebec, as long as the custumer presents the bill upon the
in-store exchange. Exchange can only take place within the deadlines
specified on the bill : 15 days for a refund and 30 days for an
exchange.
In case of a refund where the product is not defectuous or broken, the
amount of the purchase will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days
(depending on the processing of transaction by the concerned financial
institution). The amount refunded by CLÉMENT excludes shipping fees that
were previously included in the order’s value. The shipping fees are at
the custumer’s expense.
