Product availability

Clément Ltd uses its own database to manage the stores inventories : the amount listed on the website reflects the availability of products when the inventory was last itemized. This procedure is done on a daily basis. Clément Ltd is not responsible for products that are out of stock due to disparities between the actual inventory and the one from the last update. However, if such a situation arises, Clément Ltd agrees to notify its customers as soon as possible.

Price and payment options
All the items price listed on the website are in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes and shipping costs. When ordering products from the website, taxes and shipping costs are added and calculated in accordance to current legislation and policies established in relation to shipping. The total value of the order is payable by credit card as a lump sum upon confirmation of order.

Transport costs
Only orders shipped to Canada are accepted. Transport costs are determined by the following criterias : volume, mass, number of items and / or order's value. Clément Ltd cannot guarantee the consolidation of separate orders : it is customer’s responsibility to combine purchases into one order to minimize transportation costs.

Delivery
As stated above under «transportation costs», only orders shipped to Canada are accepted. Orders are delivered to the address specified by the customer at the time of the order. Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days of the order processing time. The actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed by Clément Ltd.
